En tant que membre du Quatuor Essor,\u00a0elle\u00a0s\u2019amuse \u00e0 faire tomber les barri\u00e8res stylistiques\u00a0gr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u00a0son\u00a0surprenant\u00a0ensemble\u00a0form\u00e9 de deux pianos et deux percussions.\u00a0Le quatuor se d\u00e9marque non seulement par ses arrangements d&rsquo;\u0153uvres\u00a0orchestrales mais aussi par la commande de cr\u00e9ations originales aupr\u00e8s de compositeurs contemporains, cherchant \u00e0 r\u00e9unir un public transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel autour d\u2019une musique riche, expressive et captivante. En 2021, le Quatuor sort un premier CD\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Music for 4\u00a0Musicians\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0dont le programme s&rsquo;invite dans les clubs de jazz, fr\u00f4le les rythmiques latines et survole la musique r\u00e9p\u00e9titive-minimaliste.<\/p><p>En duo avec la violoncelliste Isabel\u00a0Gehweiler, les musiciennes proposent des\u00a0concerts \u00e9clectiques qui associent diff\u00e9rentes formes d&rsquo;art ou mettent en lumi\u00e8re des compositeurs m\u00e9connus. Leur r\u00e9cent album \u00ab\u00a0Notre amour\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9dit\u00e9 par le Label allemand\u00a0Solo\u00a0Musica, offre une exp\u00e9rience musicale permettant de ressentir l&rsquo;amour sous toutes ses formes \u00e0 travers des compositions suisses et fran\u00e7aises de la Belle \u00c9poque.\u00a0Un deuxi\u00e8me CD para\u00eetra chez le\u00a0Label suisse\u00a0Claves\u00a0en septembre 2024 avec des sonates romantiques pour violoncelle et piano.<\/p><p>Form\u00e9e au piano chez Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0Beffa\u00a0au Conservatoire de Fribourg et Christian Favre \u00e0 la Haute \u00c9cole de Musique de Lausanne (HEMU), Fiona\u00a0Hengartner\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9e par le Prix\u00a0Pisler\u00a0pour son m\u00e9moire et son r\u00e9cital de\u00a0Bachelor, et par le Prix Paderewski pour son r\u00e9cital de Master en p\u00e9dagogie.\u00a0Elle est titulaire d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me Master en interpr\u00e9tation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e musique de chambre et lied obtenu \u00e0 la Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule der K\u00fcnste (ZHdK) compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un Certificate of Advanced Studies (Piano Performance) dans la classe de Christoph Berner. Elle participe \u00e0 plusieurs cours de ma\u00eetres\u00a0de piano et de musique de chambre, notamment avec Abdel Rahman El Bacha, Brigitte Meyer, Filippo Gamba, Pierre\u00a0Amoyal\u00a0et le Quatuor Sine Nomine.\u00a0<\/p><p>Laur\u00e9ate de plusieurs concours, Fiona\u00a0Hengartner\u00a0a re\u00e7u le Prix Longines lors de la finale du 5\u00e8me Concours National du Festival du Jura, le premier prix au Concours International de Piano de Fribourg et le prix d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de la pi\u00e8ce impos\u00e9e.\u00a0Lors du Concours Suisse de Musique pour la Jeunesse, le premier prix lui est attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 deux reprises, ainsi que le Prix\u00a0Astona.\u00a0Elle\u00a0est \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de plusieurs bourses, dont celles du Fonds Pierre et Ren\u00e9e\u00a0Glasson, de la Fondation Casino Barri\u00e8re de Montreux pour le Talent et la Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Suisse Richard Wagner,\u00a0de la Fondation Vincent\u00a0Merkle\u00a0et du\u00a0Rotary Club\u00a0(Prix Elsner).<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagnatrice au Conservatoire de Zurich, Fiona\u00a0Hengartner\u00a0poursuit cette activit\u00e9 au Conservatoire de Fribourg, offrant \u00e9galement son accompagnement lors de concours ou de concerts, et en \u0153uvrant comme\u00a0co-r\u00e9p\u00e9titrice pour des ch\u0153urs. Elle est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9e en tant que pianiste d&rsquo;orchestre au sein de divers ensembles et harmonies.<\/p><p>Pour la saison 2024\/2025, de nouveaux projets verront le\u00a0jour:\u00a0\u00ab Caf\u00e9 1930 \u00bb est le fruit d&rsquo;une collaboration avec la violoniste Marie Heck\u00a0et Fiona Hengartner avec leur public au fil des\u00a0anne\u0301es. Soucieux de s\u2019adapter au mieux aux besoins des auditeurs, ce projet vise a\u0300 rassembler un large public\u00a0me\u0301lomane.
